1. Who we are

foyup is a brand operated by Social Developer LTD, registered address: 947 Long Hill Road, Gillette, NJ 07933-1306, United States. The same company also operates the SociShop store; both sites run on the same order system.

"We" means foyup and its operating company; "you" means the person using the site or ordering a service.

2. The service

foyup provides a digital marketing service that increases visible engagement — such as followers, likes and views — on public social media accounts and posts.

It is delivered without asking for your password and without access to your account. Platform names are trademarks of their owners; foyup is not affiliated with any platform and does not claim their approval or endorsement.

We promise nothing beyond delivering the ordered quantity — not reach, sales or acceptance into monetisation programmes.

3. Eligibility

• You are 18 or older.
• You own the target account or post, or are authorised to manage it.
• The account or post stays public throughout delivery.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars; the amount on the package at payment is the full amount charged — nothing is added at checkout.

Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we never store your card details.

An order is accepted only once the payment is confirmed.

5. Processing and delivery

Processing starts after the payment is confirmed and the order is reviewed. The delivery time on each package is a catalogue estimate, not a speed commitment.

If the account is made private, the username changes or the post is deleted during delivery, the order may stop; this is not a failure on our side.

6. Immediate start and cancellation

By paying you expressly agree that the service starts right after the payment is confirmed. You may cancel for a full refund before processing starts.

Once processing has started the right to cancel ends, unless the service is not delivered or only partly delivered, in which case the undelivered part is refunded under the Refund & Refill Policy.

7. Your obligations

• The target content is lawful in your country.
• It contains no gambling, adult content, political or sectarian incitement, insults to religions or to states and their leaders, unlicensed financial or medical offers, counterfeit goods, or minors' accounts.
• You are responsible for any licence your advertising activity requires (e.g. Saudi "Mawthooq", UAE advertiser permit) and for ad disclosures.

8. Our right to refuse

We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches these terms and then refund the amount paid for the undelivered part.

9. Account and wallet

An account is optional. You keep your foyup password confidential. Wallet balance is used for orders on the site and is held in one currency.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order does not exceed the amount paid for it. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right you have.

11. Language and mandatory rules

These terms apply subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence; nothing in them deprives you of a right you cannot waive under those rules.
