TikTok for small businesses: a short video before the decision
From Glasgow to Austin, TikTok has become where people look for a new taco spot, watch a skincare product being tested before ordering it online, or follow a tour of a flat to rent. A short video says in seconds what a written page needs paragraphs for, which is why many new businesses open a TikTok account before any other platform.
But a new account faces a recurring question from visitors: is this business serious? The follower count, the view numbers under the videos and the hearts on the pinned clip are all signals a visitor reads in seconds. Our services deal with each of these numbers separately, and never touch the content itself or your account.
Account link or video link?
The key difference between the TikTok services is the kind of link. TikTok followers are ordered with the username that starts with @ or the profile link, because the target is the whole account. TikTok views and TikTok likes are ordered with the link of one specific video — either the full link containing /video/ or the short link starting with vm.tiktok.com or vt.tiktok.com.
If you paste a link that doesn’t fit the service, such as an account link for views, the form tells you before the payment page. If you type a username for followers, the form turns it into the account link and shows it to you to check.
If you’re torn between the two, ask yourself: what will the person who receives your message or ad open? If they will open your profile to learn about your business, the account comes first. If they will open a specific video, such as the offer or opening clip, the service for that video is closer to your goal than any other number.
What you see on every package before paying
- The quantity and the price in US dollars, the same amount the payment page asks for.
- The expected delivery as listed in the catalogue — an estimate, not a speed commitment.
- The refill period, which starts on the day the order completes and depends on the package value.
- The package type (“Standard” or “Premium” when both exist); each type has its own price, delivery and refill, as the comparison table on the service page shows.
Three everyday scenarios and the service that fits each
An Etsy shop filming a new product
The clip is the centre of the campaign, so the closest fit is views or likes for that very video, not followers for the account. Put the clip’s link on the product page or in your messages to customers so whoever opens it finds something to watch.
A burger joint opening a second site in Chicago
The new location’s account first needs an understandable starting follower count, then a clear opening video that states the location and hours. The budget can be split between the two services with two separate orders.
A creator starting a thirty-day challenge series
A series means several consecutive videos, so small orders for each episode work better than one large order for a single episode, keeping the series’ numbers close to each other on your profile.
What we don’t sell on TikTok
We don’t sell placement on For You or Explore, and we don’t promise a video will trend. We don’t sell ready-made accounts, we don’t ask for your password, and we don’t post or comment on your behalf. Live-stream views are not part of these pages at the moment; if you need them, ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you if that changes.
If your business is on Instagram too, our Instagram services may help, and for longer videos see YouTube services.
