Social Developer LTD, 947 Long Hill Road, Gillette, NJ 07933-1306, United States. foyup orders are processed in the same order system the company runs for the SociShop store; the company is the controller in both cases.
2. Data we collect
- E-mail address, and your name if you create an account.
- The public link of the target account or post, and order details.
- Payment status. Card data is handled directly by the payment processor and never stored by us.
- Technical data needed for security and order handling: IP address, browser type and the page the order was sent from.
- We never collect or ask for your social media passwords.
3. Why we use it
- To fulfil your order and contact you about it (contract).
- To prevent fraud and protect the site (legitimate interest).
- Legal and accounting obligations.
- We send no marketing today; if we ever do, only with your consent.
4. Who we share it with
Stripe, our payment processor, which handles card data directly; our e-mail and hosting providers; and fulfilment partners who receive only the public link and quantity. We do not sell your data.
5. Transfers outside your country
Our servers and service providers are located outside the GCC, so your data is processed outside your country. The protections described in this policy apply wherever it is processed, and you can exercise the rights in section 7 regardless of where that happens.
6. Retention
We keep order data as long as needed to fulfil the order and for accounting and dispute purposes.
